Hi I am trying to undo a receipt that has Zones and Bins setup but I am encountering this error.
 
The Bin does not exist. Identification fields and values: Location Code='X',Code=''
 
I have pick and put-aways setup, and after a warehouse receipt is posted, an automatic Warehouse Put-away is created.
 
BC won't allow you to undo shipment if you have that put-away document, so I deleted it.
 
Now undo shipment still does not work and gives that error.
 
Before setting up the zones and bins this was not an issue.
 
Am I missing something from when I setup the zones and bins?

    Hi, you can try turning off the setting below, but this need to close all ledger entries on this location.
    The best way is to debug and see where exactly the problem occurs.
    In addition, it may also be related to the issues mentioned below.
     
    PS: BC18 stopped supporting two years ago. Please upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.

    Hi Zhu,
     
    Our current BC environment uses Bins by default, and this was not an issue.
    I cannot toggle off bins because we have entries with bins.
    I am currently testing in our sandbox environment on what we can do, and what will break if we implement advance warehousing.
     
    I found the solution
    Directed Put-aways and Pick has to be setup to handle undo shipments.
    I turned it off and it let me undo the shipment.
    Now to figure out how to set that up
