    Hi Thanakorn Kanjiropas,

If it's a SSRS report, you can set the recurrence pattern and change the destination to email in the report parameter dialog itself.

    Thanks,

    Girish S.

    Dear Girish S

For my understanding you recomend me to access to report services directly and set up 2 thing.

    1.set a schedule

2.set a desination and parameter that I want right?

For production server microsoft allow us to do right?

Let's I consult that I'm a inhouse developer but for production I need to pass my code to my partner(implementor) and They will deploy to production server. So if most of people can do like this I will assume that We can do but we need to specific a parameter to them.

but I'm not sure microsoft allow to do this?

    Best regards,

    Thanakorn

No, this isn't the right approach. It can be done in F&O - notice the option to set a print destination and batch processing with recurrence in report dialogs.

    Thank you martin,

Can you please support my additional question?

when I do a recurring report, how can I send a parameter such as date to my report or I need to create a new one without date parameter

and do recurring? and how I specific email that I need to pass to my users?

As I already told you need to Click Destinations >> Change button on the report dialog>>The Print destination settings form is displayed. Here you need to add the email address.

Report will run against the parameter you are giving in the dialog form.

Refer to the below Microsoft documentation.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamicsax-2012/appuser-itpro/print-or-email-a-report-on-a-recurring-basis?redirectedfrom=MSDN

    Thanks,

    Girish S.

    Dear Girish S,

thank you so much, Do you have experience about this error? when I check my email history d365 send email under my account but when I check a smtp.

we configure by admin's email. not my account. ps when I test email by admin users everything is OK.
