Credit and Collections module - can't create a task

Hello,

I have to present Credit and collections module to a customer.

In collections, I want to create a task. But the button is not accessible:

In the past, I already presented this module and I was able to create a task.

Hi David,

was there any change in your permissions. Can you try the same in any other environment to verify if this is related to permissions issue.

Hi David,

Can you adjust the Start date/time and End date/time and see whether the Create task button is enabled. Make it as end date greater then start date and check.

Yes, my user is mapped with my employee in my company.

My role is "SysAdmin".

Do you have any customization on this form?

If possible you can debug the code and find out why the button was not enabled.

I saw the standard code and find out that ok button is enabled if the end date time is lesser then and start date time and some more conditions.
