Hoping someone might have an idea on this one. We have a user trying to connect to FRx, but everyt ime she tries to launch the program, be it from the stand-alone program, or from Reporting within SL, the screen flashes, but the program fails to initialze. She thinks it's throwing an error message, but it's too fast for her to see what it is.
I can launch and run the program fine as the Sysadmin from the remote login. She installed the client on her machine, and can see the program, it just won't run.
The user is running Windows XP SP3 on her machine. We've replaced a couple of ActiveX controls that were indicated as being required for XP SP2 to run, still no changes. The client was installed by and administrator on that machine.
Does anyone have any ideas on how we might get this working for her?
