Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to create a report which lists contacts in CRM and the users that "follow" each contact?
Something like...
| Contact | Contact Owner | Contact Followed by |
| John Doe | Bob Fellow | Bob Fellow, John Askin, Tom Thumb |
| Mary Sue | Bob Fellow | Bob Fellow, Tom Thumb |
| Phil Smith | John Askin | John Askin |

When I am creating the report in the wizard, I don't see anything related to "postfollow". Initially, what should I be setting my "Primary" and "Related" record types to?

You need to build report based on postfollow entity. Then simply add fields from regarding contact and owner of postfollow (this will be your followed by).
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
