Hello experts,
I want to import contact person for customer master but when I was searching for data entity and I found smmContactPersonV2Entity but in this I'm not able to find an option where I can give a customer account. Please suggest me how to proceed further?

I order to import customer contacts, you can use standard entity "Contacts V2"
Each customer account is related to a unique Party ID where Contacts associates to it.
For example, Customer 00003 using Party 100002307 and it value used as customer reference.
In order to import contacts for customer you need to use Party Id of customers.
Let us know your confirmation on the suggestions.

I've tried this entity. I've deleted the contact ID and modified the name then imported the excel again with the same "Associated party number" so that another contact for the same associated party number (i.e) customer or vendor would be created,
but I'm facing this error
can you guide me through?

If you want to have an automatic Contact ID number, you should remove the column from the source file (Excel). If the field is present in the source file, it will assume that a manual number was provided; in your file an empty value.
Andre has already address the solution.
You can delete the fields from the excel file for "CONTACTPERSONID" and "CONTACTPERSONPARTYNUMBER". Then import the contatcs.
Or you can have these two fields in the Excel file, while in the mapping you can activate "Auto-generated" before the import.
Hi Andre and Alireza thank you so much for the reply I've deleted "ContactPersonID" and "ContactPersonPartyNumber" fields from the excel file, then imported and it got successfully imported, and also I've checked the respective customer and there is a new contact which I've impoerted via excel.
Actually I was trying to create a contact from postman for integration purpose. Before that I was just trying with data management Import method. After removing these fields from the entity body in postman LastEditDateTime, IsImported, FormattedPrimaryAddress, ContactPersonName, ContactPersonPartyType, ContactPersonId, ContactPersonPartyNumber I could create a contact for a customer using post method. Thank you so much.
