New developed form-User cannnot open

Hi,

 hI have a form new developed. Just a simple form where the display methods are put in grid. On init of that form is updated some fields on some table

 From that form two other form gets opened--->frms are based on query

Created new role-Gave Delete access to the menuutems-in privileges.

However the user complains he can see the form link in main menu but when he clicks the form do not open.

First the form datasource(allowedit,allowcreate,allow delete-was set to no .when set to YES and he ws able to open) but today he complained form is not getting opened

Did incremental CIL,refresh cache,ask user to log off log in,Gave correct roles.Stilll no luck

Wat i m missing here

    Can you give any more details about what you mean by "user cannot open"? Is there some error? Infolog? Any additional info from the system?

    Can the user open the form if he has Administrator role? If yes, then the problem is in your security role. If no, then the problem is somewhere else.

    Next to the questions from Nikolaos, can you also explain in detail how you did setup the privilege? What exact permissions are set here? Or did you mean with form data source settings the permissions on the privilege? Have you verified if someone else probably again made a change in the security settings?

    Thank u both for the reply. The user when click on the link ,nothing opens.The form is not opened at all. He dnt have any admin role. The privileges are set by dragging the menu items -in the entry points and given the "Delete Access". Then created duties and roles.All the datasource settings are set to No.

    Hi NDingankar22 ,

    please let user change a client, use other laptop. or login with your client.

    or assign Admin role to him for test it.
