The CFO access rights is set to a group that has everything but administration, when he tries to run Bank Reconciliation report #(2063000) in Cash Manager a date range prompt popup to enter dates, however these date boxes are grayed out and cannot enter anything, short of adding the CFO to the administration group he has access to everything.  As a SYSADMIN I can run the report and select dates and run the report.  Is there something I can check for, I have tried everything I can think of with no avail.  Any help would be appreciated

    I haven't checked on previous versions, but in 2011, that little date selection screen is 20.630.01 that needs to be given to the user with at least update rights. With this screen added to the permissions, there is no need to assign update to the 20.630.00 report.

    Hi Nick, I can't find the specific TechKnowledge article, but what you need to do is temporarily change the reports with a prompt (Daily Cash Balance, Bank Rec, Check Deposit Recon, perhaps one more) to "Screen" in Screen Maintenance. Then, modify the Access Rights on those "Screens" to include at least Update. Then go back to Screen Maintenance and change those back to "Reports".
