Cogsdale GP 2016 --- How can I delete off the Rate in Rate Setup

Hi all,

In the Rate setup, I've created a table and added a date for my table named 'ThermalCool' and set a amount for it, but then I realized that the date is wrong! How can I delete off this rate?

When I hot Delete( Red Cross on top of the window), it says the rate is in use and it cannot be deleted!

What I did was trying to find the same data that I put wrongly in SQL. I ran a query and found the right table. However, the amount that I entered is not shown there for some reason, then I cannot DROP the table through SQL. Any workaround or exact solution to this problem?  Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

P.S. Further explanation could be provided upon your request. Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi there,

You are able to post images. What you do is when you click reply, underneath the "basic" box, there is a "use rich formatting" option and in there are things for more control over the content including an image upload option.

Hope that helps and hopefully you can get some support from Cogsdale on that module!

    Hi Jen,

I believe it is Cogsdale Module. I will go ahead and try to get a hold of someone there. I wish I could post a screen-shot here.

This gives you a better idea to help me out more conveniently.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

More information is definitely needed here. What module are you referring to with Rate Setup? If it's a "Cogsdale" module, you will likely need to reach out to them directly to resolve as it would be something custom. If it's something else in GP, let us know what module and the navigation to get to it, in case you're unsure of what "module" is may relate to.

Rates could be a lot of things - exchange rates, etc.
