Dear Friends,
Can you help me ,
I have configure MPOS and installed on Desktop.
1. I am not getting products and customers in when we search or create
2. Any action on any button it says 'operation not supported '
Please help me
Warm Regards
Krishn
1. for products issues, make sure that the store is assigned against a valid assortment with products and "Process assortments job" is executed. Also try pushing a full sync of 9999 to the channel database to make sure that all the required data is available.
2. It is little strange that ALL the button are saying "Operation not supported". I would recommend to make sure that all jobs has been applied in the channel database. If all the jobs are fully applied, check if a proper operation has been assigned against each button using the "Button Grids" designer. Try clicking "Print X" or Declare start amount as these operations should work if a shift is open.
Thanks for the reply
ALL means for example button for "sale order creation' etc. and products are always empty
Thanks in advance
Can you look at the event viewer for Modern POS () or Commerce Scale Unit logs (LCS if cloud or event viewer if self hosted) ?
Is the POS or CSU customized ? To me it looks like an error from extension. Are you getting the same error when you use the installer from MS ? You can also check the setting screen of the POS to see if any extensions are there and they are properly loaded.
We are good there. Next thing I would check is
1. Are the CSU and MPOS on the same version ?
2. Does CSU have any customization ?
Are you facing this issue only on one device or all devices in this environment ?
Am installing only one at this time, once this is done I have second one
1. MPOS
2. No customization
3. It is per restuarant
4. Second will have new store but same organization
Has all the configuration been synched to the CSU? Can you run a Full Sync of 9999 from the "Channel Database" form in HQ? Then once they are marked as applied in the "Download Sessions" form, restart MPOS and try again.
If the issue persists you might need to open a Support Ticket.
I would double checked whether the correct operations are applied to the button grids. This error message usually appears when you press a button with no functionality.
