Hello Dynamics CRM community, A customer is using several Microsoft products and services and want to integrate them. They have the following products: -CRM via Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Update Rollup 2 on premises, March 2014, version 6.0.0002.0051 --Claims based authentication disabled --Internet-facing deployment disabled -SharePoint via SharePoint Online, as part of Microsoft Office 365 Midsize Business -Exchange via Exchange Server 2013 Cumulative Update 2 on premises, version 15.0.712.24 -Windows Server Active Directory on premises synchronized with Microsoft Azure Active Directory via DirSync Questions: -Is it possible to enable document management on the Dynamics CRM 2013 on-premises via this setup by using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 List Component for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 which can be found via http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40345? -Is it also possible, better and even easier to first update to Service Pack 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 (KB 2941390) and after the update to enable document management on the Dynamics CRM 2013 on-premises via the new server based SharePoint Online integration? Thank you, Best regards, Harold van de Kamp
