unable to print route card in AX2012 CU7

I need a soloution to above mentioned issue, and I have found this https://mbsbeweb.partners.extranet.microsoft.com/knowledgebase/kbdisplay_print.aspx?WTNTZSMNWUKNTMMYZWLSWZQTLLRPPXLZXKMWUYMPYOQTWVXL But the frustration is growing cause the link does not work. I get this message "this page can't be displayed". I hope there is a hotfix just around the corner but please help making the link work.

    Hi Glenn,

    I'm partner too, so the link shouldn't be any different. But you are right, the link doesn't work for me neither.

    If you log into LCS and go to issue search, you should look for "KB 2916282 Unable to print the Route Card when releasing a production order".

    I appreciate your quick reply. Thanks a lot.

    I do have access to LCS, but the link does not work for me. I login as a partner not as a MS employee.

    Is there another link or another way to find the KB?

    Please advise.
