Unable to Print Ship to Address on Purhcase Order

Dear All:

In past i have the same problem that when i print PO it doesn't print ship to address in PO report. I remember that i had some solution but unfortunately i have missed that.

Any ways, now i am having the same problem both in GP 10 & GP 2010, both in standard PO and Drop-Ship, other i have not check.

I have verified that the company address is there, for drop ship customer address is also there and lastly if i put ship to address id at line item it is printing on the document.

 An early response will be highly appriciated.

    Hi Faisal,

    Click the expansion button near the Vendor ID field in the PO Entry screen and check whether if there is a Shipping Method and Ship to Address Id is assigned for that PO in the Purchasing Vendor Detail Entry window. If there is no shipping method then assign a corresponding shipping method for that PO.

    Hope this solves your problem.

    Hello Prakash,

    It is good to see your answer for shipping address. i am facing a problem close to the same issue.  

    Ship to; Address listed with item below

    and the address which was appearing before into this ship to field on PO now it is appearing in PO body field with "Deliver to"

    It was ok but just since yesterday facing this problem.

    please advise.
