Is it possible to specify in an on-promises instance (v21) which values are redacted in telemetry?

In application insights, I can see that an RT0030 was triggered for a table, but I don't see information about fields and values.

Example: the error  "'Bin' does not exist. Identifying fields and values: <redacted>." is triggered.

 In most cases, the client only provides that an error was raised, but not the error message.

 It would be perfect if I could also see in the telemetry the error message that the customer sees. Is this configurable?
