Create a PO for multiple site locations?

This is probably a basic setup/config option I'm missing. Long story short is I'm currently evaluating on-prem Version: W1 19.1 (Platform 19.0.31889.32155 + Application 19.1.31886.32186). I have setup a few Locations. My AD user account is associated with a particular Location as default. So when I go to create a new PO I see that my Location is plugged in, of course. How can I create a PO where I want the destination to be another Location? When I try to edit the line items that default to my own Location I get an error that the other Location isn't associated.

Disregard. The generic BC 365 works fine along these lines. It's a peculiarity associated with an LS Retail extension working on top of the base stack.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi

Can you please go to User Setup page then see if your user associate with any responsibility center? if yes then clear that out and try.

Thanks for the quick feedback. Yes everything was already all cleared out for my user account. I don't know if I need to add all of the associated stores into a store/distribution group perhaps? Muddling through that now...

I think this is a peculiarity in terms of LS Retail working on top of BC 365. I'll attach two screen shots. The first is from a generic on-prem BC 365 instance where cross-site PO lines works. The second is from the LS Retail instance where it doesn't work. There is a Stores layer that sits on top of Locations. And therein lies the issue.

    Hi

I believe you are correct about LS Retail. I could not replicate the same issue in BC Base. I am not familiar with LS Retail setup  but wonder if it has any setup that you can define Location/Store? Looks like it is looking for Location in Store. Like a table that you can define relationship between locations and store?

Unfortunately it appears to be a 1 to 1 relationship. Each store can only be associated with a single location. So I've hit a functionality gap and will have to look at crafting some sort of AL extension most likely. Thanks for the quick look!

Thanks for extra info. I have learned something new about LS Retail.
