Creation of Main form and N:N relationship for custom entity

I've created two custom entities, A & B, and want to create an N:N relationship between them but receive the error shown below on Save.

Furthermore, while I am able to create Quick View, Quick Create and Card forms, I get the error shown in Screenshot2 (attached) when attempting to create a Main form.

I've tried in Edge and Chrome, through Power Apps and Classic views but with no joy.

I have the System Administrator role for the environment.

Can any of you lovely people steer me in the right direction?
