How to retrieve child records of Parent Subject.

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement where there are 4 levels for Subject entity is present. I have to retrieve the last subject (child) in the hierarchy. If no child subject is present, then Parent Subject will be retrieved. 

Urgent help is needed.
