HI Team,

I have a recurrence flow and I setup the time EST and it should run every day 8 PM. But it runs twice.

For example, it runs at 6/9/2025 at 8Pm and also runs 6/10/2025 5:30 AM and as set up it runs 6/10/2025 5:30 PM. I am not sure, why it it triggered on 5:30 AM?

Flow triggers i added time zone EST and at these hour 20 at these minutes 5 and the start time is blank.

I attached the flow history for more details.

Thank you for the response. No, I am the only one have access to this flow. I don't think so it triggered manually.

    Hi MSAEI,

Maybe the flow on June 6, 5:28 AM was started manually? Next to the automatic recurrence, a user can manually trigger the flow, or it got triggered from e.g. a Power App.

Thank for your response. My goal is to trigger the flow every day at 8:00 PM, is the following set up correct?

Additionally what I observed from my flow history, all the flows are triggered correct with my previous set up as 8:05PM. Only one instance is incorrect? why?

    Hi MSAEI,

Looks like your flow is set to run after every hours and 5 mins which means if the flow is set to run at 8 pm everyday and once in a day then it should run at 8 pm. You will have to exclude the 20 hours and 5 minutes because these parameters explain the recurrence instead of the time of the day.
The first two parameters Interval and Time zone are good enough to make the flow run at 8.00 PM Eastern standard time. Scheduling of workflows can be done, while creating the scheduled flow in Power Automate.

Attached a link that highlights the parameters required for creating recurring scheduled flows.

Hope this helps. Happy to answer questions, if any.
