Adding custom entity to Partylist

I'm trying to add a custom entity to the Partylist lookup for Activities like e-mail and appointments. The table is set for email, per suggestions on similar requests. But this entity doesn't show, while another one does. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

Have you added this entity to your model driven app using app designer?

Of course that was it - it's always the simplest things that get overlooked! Thanks!
