create a customer in BC without any delay?

Hi,

we are using dynamics 365 and BC.

both synced together

when a customer is created in CRM few minutes later it is created in BC, we reduce this to 5min.

but...

is it possible to sync right after the creation of the account in the CRM?

if I create an account in CRM and I click "dynamics 65 3crm business central" the record is created directly in BC without having to wait the schedule.

so its certainly possible to do it automatically.

any idea on how?

could be a CRM workflow or a Power Automate flow.

I found that dynamics call this URL to go to BC: (so clicking the buton on the account page call this URL)

businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../Sandbox

the page 5392 appear to be a "dataverse redirect" page with certainly some special code to check if the record exists in BC else sync it right now.

now I have to find a way to call this through a power Automate flow or from a standard CRM workflow.

A button press means you know when the data is ready or a scheduled routine picks it up. Other option is a trigger based scenario where you create on insert and on modification/update of specific fields. Power automate will at least help with the latter
