Post-Voided transactions

Hi, 

I have the post-voided transaction icon popping at POS when selecting some customers and it does set to zero the price of some items picked by those customers.

Has anyone encountered this? how was it fixed?

    I don't know of a post void icon.   Customers can have a different price level set, and a default discount % set.  Maybe some of your customer records have priceA set when you don't have prices for all items under priceA.  Or some of your customers have a 100% discount set on their account.  

    Please check the customer record properties -> Customer Options tab.   Set price level to Standard and discount to 0
