Electronic Message > UK MTD VAT TEST error

Hi All, 
           I am faced with the attached error message when I am attempting to "Send report" under the UK MTD VAT TEST. I have tried to delete all the previous reports and then start afresh with a new obligation request. However, the error still persists. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
