
After upgradeing to BC 20 SaaS one of my customers experience that they cannot access the system via the regular link. The load circle continues to spin and they never get into the system.
businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../MyEnv
Only when the go to https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/ and login from there it is possible to get access.
update: This only seems to be a problem with BC20 environments and Chrome browser.
Any ideas?
Try to delete the cookies in your browser. That helped me with a similar problem where the BC logo was just flashing on the screen after upgrading.
