25Hello everyone,
I never worked with licensing and right now we are planning two different projects. When planning to use Microsoft SaaS or build any custom app, I need to count each aspect, so I need your help :)
1. Project A
We have around 150 users, which need a custom Power App and SharePoint integration.
How we can explain to a client, which costs (apart from licensing) can occur? (I never bought or used Azure services by myself, I do not know, what is needed except the licenses for the powerapp)? As far as I know - storage, but what else will I need to take into consideration? Do the users will require only the license for the app usage? Or anything more?
2. Project B
We have around 100 users, which need a custom Power App, but built on D365 Sales (wants to use Opportunity, Lead objects).
Same question: how the licensing will look like, if the PowerApp will be build from MS Dynamics Sales? Users will require Sales Enterprise license? Or if the user is using PowerApp, there is no need to have Sales Enterprise license?
Any of the suggestions or comments will be appreciated! I really want these projects to be made with PowerApps...
