Workflow or approval process for zero value sales order lines

I have a client, using D365, that wants some type off workflow/approval process for zero dollar sales order lines. Neither the Sales and Marketing nor Accounts Receivable workflows offer anything for this.

I would like to learn from others how they addressed this issue.

Rather than building a custom workflow, could explore using MS Flow / PowerAutomate and Business events and manage the workflow outside as these are 0 $

Good Morning Stacy,

I think the best and cheapest option to realize this is through Power Automate (Flow) as Rahul already indicated.

The other alternative is asking a developer creating such a workflow for you but this development might take much longer compared to realizing that in Power Automate (Flow).

I would go for the 'modern' Power Automate (Flow) solution :-)
