AX 2009 to 2012 Upgrade Issue

While updating AX 2009 to 2012 we are facing an issue where table "sourcedocumentheader" not showing any data of Vendpackingslipjour.

We are executing following query to check data in table.

select * from SOURCEDOCUMENTHEADER where SOURCERELATIONTYPE = 500

Other than "SOURCERELATIONTYPE = 500" all data showing in table. 

We are at stage: "Run delta preprocessing scripts" of Preprocess data on live system.
