Hi Mallesh
That dialog is coming from custom VBA code. You need to review that code and either...
1) Fix the Data in the window to have a Class ID.
2) Change the VBA code.
3) Remove the VBA code.
David
Thank You, Richard
This is something your developers have created. I just tried to enter an invoice for a customer that had no name, address code or class ID and I could back out without any issues. Bring this up to them and have them decide if they really what to set these fields as being required.
after 12 hours those GP windows closed by them self, but any other options do we have
to delete immediately ..
Is this a Citrix Remote AP? If it is call IT and have them kill your session.
It appears your developer has left you no way out if there is a mistake. Task Manager is the way to kill this.
i have access to only console application,so i can not use end this task, any other options do we have ?
if i disconnect VPN, and again if login, again its showing GP window
Hi Richard, by mistake i have entered invoice number instead of customer number,
i tried to delete but still i am not able to delete.
i have access to only console application
The window you are showing us is a modified window, that I am guessing has code to make sure a Class ID is setup for the Customer. You will probably need to end task using the Task Manager to get out of this window.
Was this customer imported directly the customer master table? I do not see a customer name so this is an invalid entry. You could try pulling up this customer card and filling in the needed information.
