we can login to O365 normally, but when trying to open Business Central, it shows below:

just happened this morning with a different tenant, also in Toronto, for nearly an hour. If I get answers from MS support I will post.

If you do experience latency or downtime, please raise a support ticket with Microsoft Support if you are a Dynamics NAV partner or CSP or contact your Dynamics NAV partner / CSP to assist further. They can raise a support ticket on your behalf.

Hmm, what made you choose BC 365 or Net Suite? I'm not liking the downtime thing. It would drive me crazy.
Yes, we are experiencing this, as well. Several times a week. And most recently, for 30 minutes yesterday (no error message, just the BC symbol, regardless of which browser used) which translates to significant issues for manufacturing or retail organizations. Looking forward to a formal response from MS.
