I keep getting this error and I have followed all of the help instructions -

We're sorry

We're unable to load this app because your email mailbox isn't configured with Microsoft Dynamics CRM server-side synchronization for incoming email. Contact your system administrator to set up server-side synchronization for incoming email.
Help me resolve this issue
Anyone else seen this and have a solution? Much appreciated.

    Yes. Not sure what is causing the issue.

    I am also having this problem as well.  The message you are receiving only shows up in edge, but Internet Explorer I get a "something went wrong during sign-in" message.  And while using Chrome (on a mac) it says "device is currently un supported."

    Followed this tutorial: www.youtube.com/watch

    But still can't get it to work.

    I also have the same problem with the CRM Preview App. I get the same error message in all browsers, and in Outlook. I have gone through all tutorials, and verified that server side synchronization is set up properly for my mailbox, and activated.
