I need to see all the entities and its relationship so that i can get a idea about application.
Or is there any link where i can see ER diagram with description about entity

Also, in the CRM SDK, there's a .NET console application that will build a Visio diagram of the entities and key fields for your CRM instance. Be sure to only include the entities you think are most important to your understanding of the organization entities because a diagram with all 200+ entities is virtually unreadable.
The diagramming tool in the SDK is under \SampleCode\CS\Metadata\Diagram.
