Unable to get email from ax though it is in sent status

Hi all,

I created a batch job where I need to save the report and sent this attachment through email.

I have done this using sysoperation and SysEmailTable::sendEmail. 

Though Email sending status is sent. But I didn't recieve any mail.

Note: My SMTP server configured correctly, where I am getting other emails.

    Then do the typical troubleshooting:

    Check the outgoing e-mail log on the mail server.

    Check if the target account has the mail in Junk folder.

    That depends on what kind of mail server you use, but typically it is Microsoft Exchange Server. Check with your system engineers.

    Our Exchange server has very strict policy defined by the IT team for attachments, so maybe even though the mail is sucessfully sent, your receiving end denies it due to the type of attachments.
