    Hello,

Looks like the above entry is locked by the PROCUREMENT user. Please ask the PROCUREMENT user to close the screen or logout from the application. Then try.

    Hi Shagufta

You can go to "application worksheet" for that item and remove application for any recent date (latest) entry and select Ok and Ok again on the application worksheet page. It will tell that the application will auto happen, select yes on closing the page. This will run the application and will also remove the error.

    regards

    Hello,

I would try running Table 27 (Item Table) and confirm whether "Application Wksh. User ID" has a User ID stuck for the Items being used.  Try to clear this field through Export of the Table to Excel through a Configuration Package with a filter to the Item on the Configuration Package under Table > Filters.  Once in Excel, delete the Application Wksh. User ID, Reimport the Configuration Package from Excel, apply the package, and confirm if you can clear the record that way. Otherwise, it may take a developer to write a per tenant extension. There was an old issue in NAV 2017 that was fixed. I haven't seen this issue since, so not sure why it is occurring in a Dynamics 365 BC scenario.

    Thanks

    Tom
