MDM status 'On Hold with Inactivity Timeout'

Hi all,

I've set up Master Data Management for item, Extended Text, Commodity Code, Item Unit Of Measure, BOM, Item Attribute.
When I checked the Job Queue Log Entries, status shows 'Success', however the status on the Job Queue Entries show On Hold with Inactivity Timeout.

I created a new item in company A, and it is supposed to be copied to another company B.
When I checked the item in another company B, no item is created.

Has anyone have any idea?

    Hi,
The On Hold with Inactivity Timeout is normal, that is how these MDM entries behave, they park themselves and wake up when a change comes. So that part is not your problem.
The Success on the log with no item in B is the odd bit. It should work, initial full sync creates the missing records in the subsidiary, and after that new or modified records in the source get picked up too, so a new item is not supposed to be skipped.
First thing I would check is which company holds the setup. MDM is pull, it is configured in B pointing at A. If it is the other way round nothing will ever come over and every job still reports success.
Then look at Integration Synchronization Jobs in B rather than the job queue log, that page shows inserted and failed counts per run. If it says zero inserted zero failed then the job is not even seeing the item, which usually points to a table filter on the Item table, or the coupling not covering new records.

Glad to help - follow up if anything is unclear.
►  If this solved it, marking it verified helps others too.
