Import Exchange GAL into CRM 2011

Hi there. Is it possible to have our Exchange GAL (we use office365) import into our dynamics crm, so that when our staff working in CRM send an email out of CRM they can search the GAL for contacts.

We would also want it so that if there are changes made to the GAL, those changes are synced into CRM.
