I am sure I have seen this somewhere, but can't find the right search words to bring it up. I have created a Word template for a client for the Check Remittance. When using it in my system (GP2015 R2, Word 2016 and Outlook 2016), sending it by email converts it to PDF beautifully as below:
When my client does it from their system, they get the following:
The alignment goes completely out. If they print the remittance to screen and then save as PDF (using the Word PDF conversion), it saves perfectly fine.
I suspect it is to do with versions - but not sure versions of what.
Has anyone resolved this before and if so, did you isolate which part of the process was causing the problem?
