Vendor Balance List Report multiple currencies

Hi everyone!

I have a question regarding the vendor balance list report, or any other default report available in F&O. In my specific case, our local currency is AED, and EUR is our reporting currency. However, we do have some transactions that are posted in USD.

My goal is to generate the vendor balance list specifically in USD, but it seems that only accounting and reporting currencies (AED and EUR) are selectable options. I do have a conversion factor established in the exchange rate types for EUR-USD for these dates which I want to generate my report.

Could anyone shed some light on whether it's possible to generate this type of report with opening and closing balances in USD or recommend any report which I can use where I get my desired outcome within different currencies?

Appreciate any insights or suggestions you may have.

I would advise you to try;

1. Set vendor as a dimension

2. Create a trial balance report in MR (Financial Reports)

Hi,

Balance list is only in Accounting in reporting but you can generate with currency vendor transactions byut that has detailed list
