When attempting to use the Business Central the plug in will prompt for the user to sign in. All users have the pop-up window enabled. but it just spins in circles forever. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi, just adding some info.
I've recently seen Excel Add-in with similar errors if not deployed in a new way.

So, this was working. The article that you referenced has different installation instructions from the previous version. This add-in was enabled from Exchange Admin Center. Now it is enabled via MS365 admin center. It seems when MS updated us to Version 21.0.46256.46853 the plug in ceased to work. So, uninstalling in EAC and then installing through MS365 AC is the fix.
