ZoomInfo Dynamics 365 integration works in Dev but fails in Prod

I am integrating ZoomInfo with Dynamics 365. The integration works as expected in Dev but fails in Prod.

The same Entra ID user is used in both environments and:

  • Has the same Dynamics 365 security roles assigned
  • Has equivalent table privileges and access levels
  • Can manually perform the same actions in both environments

Fail In ProdFail-Prod
