I'm using call center functionality to manage a sales order.
I do the following:
  1. Create order
  2. Add/create line
  3. Complete/add payment
  4. Generate picking list
  5. Picking list registration
    1. Picking all quantities
  6. I initiate a cancel and get the following warning & error:
    1. Cannot reduce quantity, inventory transactions with a quantity of 1,00 is at status Picked, reference (Sales order, SE02-0008064924), consider unpicking this item.
    2. The quantity cannot be reduced. The number of inventory transactions on order is too low because the quantity or part of it is referenced by an output order or a production order or is marked against other transactions.
  7. I go into picking list registration again, select line, choose function Unpick and press ok. I get the following warning & error:
    1. Order is on hold
    2. Update has been canceled.
  8. I goto form /Order holds/ and the form is empty - nothing to clear.
I'm stuck here and can't proceed. Is it a bug that the order hold is not visible in the Order holds form? Or is it some other type of /hold/?
I have the same question (0)

I could not reproduce this in a vanilla environment so it is probably some specific setting/config/customization that causes this.

I've faced a similar snag before. It might not be a bug, but rather a specific hold code not showing up in the Order Holds form. Check for any hold codes associated with this order, and consider reaching out to support for assistance. Sometimes it's a configuration issue or a unique process.
