Customize the timeline in a form for the entity "opportunity" Dynamics CRM

Hello community,

we need customize the timeline in our form in the entity opportunity.

We want to stort the entries of the aktivities in two blocks one upon the other:

The frist block should shows the activities which are "aktive" in a descending order with the last change.
The second block should shows the activities which are "closed" in a descending order with the last change.

It is possible to solve this topic with business rules or do we need customizing in the JavaScript.

This is something that will require intensive custom development. We have developed an Addon interactive Activity Timeline that will help you overcome of the issues, but not all. Below is the AppSource Link from where you can download and try this add-on.
