Hi Experts:
I am facing the issue for multiple companies existing in one AOS instance.
However, customer wants to list all purchase requisitions only belongs to its own company.
Does anyone give me some advice?

Hi Bernard,
Purchase requisitions is a global feature; not per company. Out of the box, there is an option where users can see only their own created or assigned purchase requisitions. Would this be sufficient or do you want to prevent a user from creating requisitions for other legal entities?
you will need to customize the purchase requisition list page form and put logic for current company in execute query method using handler

Thanks Ali, I tried to add range to form data source based on field "CompanyInfoDefault", but it seems that this field does not have value for new record.
With help of the eXtensible Data Security, you can implement record based security policies which could solve your requirement to prevent creating records with a legal entity which shouldn't be created by the user. Hi bernardqin,
your problem can be solved by applying the following action:
1. Assign Role with Duty "Maintain purchase requisitions" and not "Maintain ALL purchase requisitions". This will restrict the user to see only PR Created by him.
2. To restrict users to create PR for Other legal entities, make sure that the User does not have worker ID in other legal entities. and If possible create Purchasing Policy to restrict users to select other "Buying legal entities".

if it is not a security-related requirement, you can use new views funtionality (saved views). filter it, save it and pin as default.
