Hello all,
We have several thousand teams in our CRM and almost all teams have disabled users as administrators.
I would like to clean up our system and delete the disabled users. My idea was to click "reassign records" on the users and then delete them. Unfortunately, this does not change the administrator of the team where these users are set as administrator.
Is there a way to make a mass change to the administrators of teams? Unfortunately I have not found anything.
Many thanks in advance.
BR
Hello Leah,
thank you for your answer. That worked!
Hi MichaelFo96,
It seem that we can't bulk update teams records through OOB ways.
I suggest that you can use XrmToolBox to achieve it, which has one tool--Bulk Data Updater:
Work with any number of rows in Microsoft Dataverse! Update Column values / Assign / Set State / Delete.
Empower yourself to achieve more.
This tool is useful to trigger workflows or plugins, as well as bulk updating any number of records with fixed values.
It can also delete, assign, and set state of records by the filter specified.
Refer to the following link to know how to use the tool:
