Create Customer groups

Hi there!

I have faced an issue when wanting to create the customer in MS Dynamics AX 2012 R2.

CASE:

Tab "Sales" -> "Customer" -> "Create new customer". I fill the required parameters in the pop-up window and couldn't select the "Customer group" cause the list was empty. Please advise how to create the "Customer group"? All that I can find in the instruction - Create a customer group | Microsoft Docs were described the first step as:

"Click Accounts receivable > Setup > Customers > Customer groups". I can't find the "Account receivable" menu in the interface. Maybe some rights must be granted for the availability of this menu?
