The closing fiscal period is not defined for the fiscal year within the calendar. Select a new fiscal period.

    That error means the system couldn’t find a closing fiscal period defined in the fiscal calendar for the year you're trying to close.

    To fix it:

    1. Go to General ledger > Ledger setup > Fiscal calendars

    2. Select the relevant calendar and year

    3. Ensure the last period is marked as "Closing period"

    4. Save and re-run the process

    If possible, could you share a screenshot of your fiscal calendar setup? That would help confirm if the closing period is missing or misconfigured.
