In the personal options "Email tab", there is check box called "Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM users to send email on your behalf".
I have an scenario whenever an user login to CRM for the first time, this check box should be enabled automatically. Please let me know the options for this.

I agree with Alex. This is an other possible solution for your issue.
The solution depends on your requirements and the situation at your customer. Is a solution preffered? Are some solutions excluded?

You might also write a custom worfklow activity/plugin to update user settings - you'd just need to set "issendasallowed" to true:

You probably can't do it on the first login, but, maybe, at some other times.. maybe when a security role is assigned to the user (Associate/disassociate messages for the plugin)

You can use tools like the XRM-Toolbox to change the value for personal settings.
It's the most common way.
