Strange Problem with inventory transfer

We have 4 stores and are running RMS HQ. When doing a transfer of inventory in one of the stores using the inter-store transfer, and doing a look-up to choose which store to transfer to, one of the other stores is listed twice in the list and one of the other stores is completely missing. This only occurs in the Store Manager program for one of the stores, the others all show all 4 stores as options for the transfer. Anyone ever see anything like this?

Thanks Jeff. I'll give those ideas a look. I'll post back after doing that. Might be a day or two!

I really appreciate your interest in this matter!

Hmm, the database check didn't catch this issue.  I'm think you may have to update this database manually, starting with deleting the second entry for the one store. I'm not in front of an RMS computer right now, maybe you could look at/copy another store's database and change the info.

Another option would be to run a 101 worksheet on this store.

    BACKUP FIRST!!

There is a table in the store databases called dbo.store. The HQ database also has the same table. I would have thought that the store table would be populated by the headquarters data, but the data in the store database is corrupted (this has occurred in at least 2 of the 5 store databases. I just ran a query to see the records in the table. There are five records, but two of them are identical and one is missing.

I know. It's extremely weird. Thank you so much for looking at it!

Where are you seeing this?  I don't remember the SO database having any info about other stores.

Thanks for posting Jeff! I tried this and also did a database synchronization, but no go. I checked and the store database actually has one of the stores listed twice and one of the stores omitted, whereas the HQ database is correct. Not sure where to go from here. Thanks for your help!

    re-index and check the database HQ Admin | File | Connect | Database | Re-index | Database | Check
