Create Contacts in CRM using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Hi,

LinkedIn Sales navigator CRM sync, currently creates messages, InMail and Notes as activities in Dynamics CRM.

The limitations is saved LinkedIn Leads do not get created as contacts in CRM.

This feature is supposed to be coming to Dynamics CRM soon, any idea on the ETA of this feature?

    Good day Rilsina,

    Thanks for sharing LinkedIn Sales navigator Contacts Creation feature. I searched in Linked In Sales Navigator while found no luck. While I would recommend you to try post the same thread in LinkedIn Community which may be related with the Sales Navigation new release as Dynamics Community mostly includes D365 application info,
