Hello guys,
I am confused right now, because an basic oob functionality stopped working. I have change my old customized success message to an updated one, but system doesn't accept it. It shows me an oob one.

And yes I have cleaned portal cache after saving changed entity form.

Please check following:
- create new form & page and try that one on new page.
- if it works for other page, than you can just remove your current form and configure copy of that
- restart the portal (just in case clear cache doesn't fully do the job) - its possible in case of several azure instances for your portal, and u request to clear cache and testing handled by different instances
- your portal has only one language english - and all the entities use it directly (webpages&forms)
- in the worst case you can add Javascript which can replace it with your desired string. (javascript can be added to the form, page or as part of webtemplate for the page template)
- this is still a chance of human error. Like you have several submission buttons, and hiding one for example with filtering...
