    Hi Mohammed,

When ever there is any change on the record, Modified By gets updated with the User who made changes in the record and Modified On gets updated with the Current Time.

    Hope it will help!

    Thanks,

    Shahbaaz

No, this is not normal. If you update the entity record then modified on and modified by should update.

    Hi  Mohammed ,

This is depends on the how you are creating organizationserviceproxy. You can not update forcefully by passing column value.

So  you need yo check how and on behalf of which user you are creating the Organization service proxy. You need to impersonate the user which you want . Here is some reference , you can check this and apply in your code. Hope this helps.
