How can i customize the entity forms and entity lists and related web pages in dynamics portals? I want to make changes in my dynamics portals URL/website.

I want to make new fields on create case entity form - First you need to create new fields if already not exists and then you can place that field to the form which is used on portal. so You need to go to Portal->Entity forms and need to check for case entity form, you can look based on the Entity name, open entity form and check which form is used for portal, for example in vanila portal "Web-Create Case" form is used for case create, so you need place your fields in this form, save and publish you are done !!
